EdConnective is seeking a contractor to design world-class professional learning experiences for PE educators. You will translate client goals into practical workshop content, reflecting authentic PE settings across grade levels and focusing on participation, engagement, and skill development.

Bring research-informed practices, clear outcomes, and facilitator-ready materials to empower educators to apply strategies immediately in classrooms, gyms, and athletic spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience designing professional learning for K–12 physical education.
• Ability to translate client goals into engaging workshop content.
• Strong written communication and instructional design skills.
• Experience with adult learning and meaningful professional development.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging, practical PE professional learning experiences for educators.
• Translate client goals and instructional challenges into clear, actionable workshop content.
• Bring authentic PE classroom experience into workshop design across grade levels.
• Develop strategies to increase student participation, engagement, skill development, and meaningful movement.
• Create facilitator-ready materials so another educator can deliver the program.
• Incorporate research, best practices, and PE standards into workshop content.
