Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a comparable Business Analyst or consulting role.
• Experience within financial services is preferable but not essential.
• Exposure to Private Equity, Private Markets or investment management environments would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of Private Equity operations to identify client requirements and recommend solutions.
• Conduct business and process analysis to understand client challenges and translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Take increasing responsibility for project delivery including forecasting and budgeting.
• Communicate regularly with the engagement lead with updates and escalate risks when needed.
• Lead or oversee junior team members to ensure accurate, timely delivery.
• Own and maintain project documentation including requirements and testing processes.
• Delegate tasks to Analysts and Interns with clear delivery expectations.
• Maintain risk and issue logs, mitigation plans and meeting notes.
• Support preparation of client presentations and Steering Committee materials.
• Manage multiple client projects with effective planning and prioritisation.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and analyst forums.
• Support continuous improvement of BA and project delivery practices.
