Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a results-driven Operations & Strategy professional to lead initiatives in process improvement and AI integration within the Investment Management Private Credit & Equity division. You will collaborate with investment, operations, and management teams to optimize workflows, manage cross-functional projects, and enhance reporting and data governance.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business operations, strategic initiatives, data analytics, or process optimization.
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with project planning and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic operational initiatives focused on process improvement, workflow optimization, and AI integration across divisions.
Partner with investment, operations, and management to optimize workflows and data integrity.
Manage cross-functional projects: requirements, planning, status tracking, issue resolution.
Support optimization of core systems, including CRM and portfolio management platforms (DealCloud preferred).
Analyze data to develop insights, reporting enhancements, and workflow automation opportunities.
Collaborate to improve reporting infrastructure, data governance, and process standardization.
