Job summary

• Licensed PE with 10–15 years of engineering design experience.
• Experience leading large-scale MEP projects.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex engineering projects.
• Provide leadership for a multidisciplinary MEP team.
• Prepare drawings, calculations, and reports per standards and client expectations.
• Oversee construction administration and site visits.
• Mentor junior engineers and support business development.
