U.S. Bank in New York is seeking an ICG Portfolio Manager for Private Capital & Acquisition Finance to join the Leveraged Finance Group. You will participate in underwriting, portfolio management and deal teams.

You will perform LBO and financial modeling, credit analysis, monitoring and prepare memos and credit approvals. Strong Excel and finance background required; travel up to 10%.

Location: three or more days in the office; competitive compensation with comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four to six years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
• Strong background in accounting, finance, and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Perform LBO, financial modeling, and credit analysis for opportunities.
• Conduct quarterly borrower performance reviews and monitoring.
• Prepare credit memos and assist in approvals and amendments.
• Analyze borrower markets and credit risk for new transactions.
• Maintain underwriting policy understanding for portfolio oversight.
