U.S. Bank is seeking an ICG Portfolio Manager within Private Capital & Acquisition Finance to oversee a subset of portfolio companies and participate in origination deals. Responsibilities include modeling, credit analysis, and portfolio monitoring.

The role requires strong financial acumen, Excel proficiency, and the ability to travel up to 10% to lenders and bank offices. Three+ days in the office are expected at hub locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four to six years of relevant experience.
• Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial statements, and corporate finance.

Responsabilités

• Perform LBO, financial modeling, and credit analysis to evaluate new opportunities and monitor ongoing portfolio performance.
• Conduct quarterly borrower performance reviews and prepare monitoring reports with credit ratings recommendations.
• Prepare and present new opportunity screening memos and credit approval memos, including amendments/incremental financing.
