Job summary
Foresight Land Surveying, a BHI Company, is hiring a full-time Civil Engineering Manager to lead an engineering team and deliver moderate to complex projects from our Logan, North Salt Lake, or Vernal offices. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering with a PE license and 7+ years of experience, plus strong leadership, client management, and business development skills.
AutoCAD Civil 3D, InfraWorks, and Revit experience is highly desired.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering and a PE license with 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience managing public and private clients on medium-to-complex projects.
- Ability to lead teams, self-manage workloads, and drive schedules.
- Proven business development, proposal prep, and sub-consultant management.
- Strong knowledge of Civil Design Software (Civil 3D, InfraWorks, Revit, Hydrology/Survey tools).
Responsibilities
- Plan and design moderate to complex civil projects while leading an engineering team.
- Manage client relationships and navigate permitting processes at multiple levels.
- Develop proposals, scopes of work, and manage sub-consultants.
- Oversee project delivery using project management tools and design software.
