Job summary

Foresight Land Surveying is recruiting an Engineering Manager to lead a dedicated engineering team and oversee technical execution and project delivery. This full-time role requires balancing hands-on guidance with strategic planning and resource management.

Applicants must hold a PE license and a relevant degree, with 7–10+ years of engineering experience and at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Positions are based in Logan, Salt Lake City, or Vernal, UT.

• Minimum 3+ years in a supervisory/management capacity directly leading engineering teams, managing budgets, and driving project delivery.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAE design software, engineering codes, and safety/regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
