Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist teacher in selecting, planning, organizing and evaluating instructional materials for a balanced health-physical education curriculum.
• Implement the TEKS for Health-Physical Education into the daily curriculum.
• Assist in working with individual students and with small groups and whole class as needed.
• Reinforce skills and units of instruction previously taught by the teacher.
• Assist with testing and scoring objective measurement instruments.
• Work with targeted at‑risk students on a one-to-one basis.
• Participate in professional development activities and follow safety procedures.
