Inadev Corporation seeks a Junior PDS Support Desk Analyst to provide day-to-day technical and user support for the Legacy EDGAR PDS environment. You will handle incidents, perform initial analysis, and assist with AWS-based applications and Python scripting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with developers, infrastructure, and DBAs, with a hybrid schedule in Reston, VA, and potential client-site involvement in the DC area.

Formación

• 1–3 years in technical support or service desk
• Foundational knowledge of AWS and cloud-hosted applications
• Basic Python scripting
• Familiar with logs, monitoring, and incident management
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work collaboratively with users, developers, infrastructure teams, DBAs and other tech personnel

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for EDGAR PDS users and applications
• Receive, document, prioritize, and track incidents and service requests through resolution
• Troubleshoot application, access, configuration, data, and production-support issues
• Perform initial technical analysis and escalate complex issues to senior teams
• Support applications and services operating within AWS cloud environments
• Use basic Python scripting to assist with troubleshooting and automation
• Review application logs, alerts, and system information for issue identification
• Monitor tickets and provide timely status updates through resolution
• Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge articles and SOPs
• Assist with application releases and post-deployment support
• Identify recurring issues and help improve support processes
• Follow established incident, problem, change, security, and escalation procedures
