  • Ongoing professional development, technical training, and certification support
  • Exposure to a wide variety of industries, equipment, and reliability technologies that broaden your technical knowledge and accelerate your professional growth
  • A culture focused on long-term success, continuous improvement, and employee development
  • Work alongside experienced reliability professionals and industry experts

This is the pay range Caltrol reasonably expects to offer at the time of posting. The actual base pay offered will consider internal equity, geographic region, skills, qualifications, experience, and position requirements.

  • At least two years of experience in industrial mechanical, electrical, maintenance, or reliability work.
  • Experience with rotating equipment or strong mechanical aptitude gained in an industrial or shop environment.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a field-based schedule, and communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • A suitable home workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
  • A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record, as determined by company insurance and motor vehicle record requirements.
What Will Help You Stand Out

The qualifications below are highly valued; however, we recognize that great reliability professionals may not check every box. If your experience aligns closely with the role, we encourage you to apply.

  • Experience with condition-monitoring or data-collection equipment from Emerson, Bently Nevada, SKF, or similar providers.
