Caltrol in the United States is hiring a Customer Service / Order Management Associate to enter, update, review, and maintain customer purchase orders in our IFS ERP and external vendor systems, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
You will collaborate with customers and internal teams across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Manufacturing, deliver excellent service, support post-order activities, and grow within this ESOP-owned company that values ownership and long-term career advancement.
The hiring range for this position is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour. This is the pay scale range Caltrol reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting. Our base pay is determined by internal equity and may vary by geographic region, skills, qualifications, experience, and position requirements.
This role offers more than order management experience. You'll develop expertise in customer operations, ERP systems, supplier coordination, and cross-functional collaboration while working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Manufacturing teams. As your skills grow, you'll have opportunities to take on increasingly complex responsibilities, support process improvement initiatives, mentor teammates, and pursue career advancement within Caltrol's operations organization. This is an on-site, Monday-Friday, 40 hours-per-week standard office environment position with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and a telephone. Occasional overtime may be required to meet business needs.
