Job summary

Dynamis Power Solutions seeks a PDM Engineering Manager in The Woodlands to lead the product data management function and partner with engineering, integration, manufacturing, and shared services to support data packages and change processes.

The role requires collaborating with Digital and Quality teams to ensure data integrity while meeting accelerated timelines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Four year technical bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering; equivalent combination may be considered.
• Three or more years of relevant product data management experience.
• Three or more years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the product data management strategy and interface with ERP and engineering tools.
• Ensure engineering drawings and prints are accessible and tracked.
• Lead the engineering change request (ECR) process.
• Collaborate with engineering, integration, and manufacturing to maintain data package integrity.
