Job summary

Forest River, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Product Information Management professional to support the ongoing development and maintenance of our ERP systems.

The role focuses on ensuring data integrity across parts master records in D365, coordinating with Purchasing, Engineering, Warranty, and other departments. You will drive data accuracy, participate in data cleanup projects, and contribute to standardized business processes while supporting end users with data-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Experience in Parts, Warranty, Purchasing, Manufacturing, or cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional communication with multiple departments.
• Ability to research unfamiliar topics and ask thoughtful questions.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and maintain part master records in D365.
• Validate vendor information, pricing, units of measure, and product data.
• Research discrepancies with Purchasing, Engineering, Warranty, Accounting, Sales, Manufacturing.
• Identify data inconsistencies and recommend solutions.
• Assist with data imports, validation, testing, and maintenance.
• Participate in cross-functional discussions to understand requirements.
• Document business decisions and maintain records.
• Assist with data cleanup projects and continuous improvement.
• Support end users by researching questions and resolving data issues.
• Perform additional projects as assigned.
