Job summary

Recru seeks a senior leader to design, support, and optimize PDI Enterprise across multi-site retail operations. You will drive back-office workflow improvements, fuel reconciliation, and store technology integration.

You will lead architecture, configure modules, and partner with Operations and Accounting to enhance reporting, inventory, and pricebook management, while providing Tier 2 support for Gilbarco Passport POS and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on PDI Enterprise experience within convenience retail, petroleum, or fuel distribution environments.
• Strong expertise in fuel reconciliation, inventory management, pricebook administration, & retail operations.
• Advanced SQL & systems integration experience.
• Deep knowledge of Gilbarco Passport POS & retail technology ecosystems.
• Proven ability to work directly with Operations, Accounting, vendors, & executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, configuration, & support of PDI Enterprise, including pricebook, inventory, loyalty, & fuel reconciliation modules.
• Partner with Retail Operations & Accounting to improve back-office workflows, reporting, invoice verification, & inventory management.
• Design & support PDI reporting solutions, integrations, data flows, & SQL-based processes.
• Provide Tier 2 support for retail technologies such as Gilbarco Passport POS, FP6 dispensers, InSite360, Engage Media, & store networks.
• Manage vendor relationships, escalations, upgrades, & platform enhancements.
• Develop SOPs, technical documentation, & support compliance reporting requirements.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for escalated support issues.

• Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ManageEngine ServiceDesk.

• Experience supporting multi-site retail or petroleum operations.

You have 8+ years PDI Enterprise experience in retail. You excel at fuel reconciliation, inventory, and pricebook management. You can integrate POS systems, SQL processes, and vendor support
