Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS Parts America is seeking an experienced Supervisor for the Florida PDC facility to oversee daily operations, ensure safe, clean and efficient distribution activities, and coach staff toward KPI and SLA goals. You will train personnel, conduct performance reviews and ensure adherence to processes and safety standards.

Required: 2–4 years frontline supervisory experience in a Distribution Center, Warehouse or manufacturing environment; High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2–4 years frontline supervisory experience in DC/warehouse/manufacturing.
• Experience leading, organizing and communicating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise training programs and coach staff to maximize productivity.
• Manage performance reviews, audits, and daily coaching.
• Oversee daily volumes to meet KPIs and budgets.
• Ensure safety, proper resource allocation, and process adherence.
• Maintain records and communicate with PDC Manager and customers.
