Job summary

Pride Mobility Products Corporation is seeking a Supervisor for the Florida Distribution Center to oversee daily operations and staff to achieve productivity, quality, safety, and customer service goals. You will support management and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, training, and continuous improvement with Lean and safety practices to maintain efficient, safe operations in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• At least 5 years in production, warehouse, and/or distribution center experience.
• Experience directing the work of others in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of FDA/OSHA/CTPAT and safety requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules, order flow, and distribution processes to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor shipping, receiving, and inventory operations to meet goals.
• Schedule incoming containers and manage storage records.
• Maintain visible presence in the warehouse and address issues promptly.
• Train and cross-train employees and adjust staffing for output.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer service goals are met.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to reduce costs.
