Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC is seeking an experienced CKD Operations Supervisor to oversee daily CKD operations, optimize production flow, and coordinate packaging, logistics, and shipment planning. • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong understanding of production, material flow and packaging standards.
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support daily CKD operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance with production standards.
• Coordinate CKD packaging, logistics, and shipment planning to meet production and customer timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, material flow, and component availability to prevent production delays.
• Analyze CKD process data and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to CKD performance and KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across CKD activities.
