Job summary

You will be the primary liaison between Project Development & Construction, Project Controls, and HonorHealth

Qualifications

• Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Legal Studies, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in contracts for healthcare capital design/construction environments preferred.
• Experience managing contract workflows with legal departments and enterprise legal systems required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a structured intake process for capital projects to determine contract types, delivery methods, and risk allocation.
• Draft initial agreements, scopes, and exhibits using approved templates and AI-assisted drafting tools.
• Coordinate internal PDC and Project Controls reviews prior to legal submission.
• Manage end-to-end contract review workflow with HonorHealth Legal via the K Care application.
• Track legal comments, revisions, and approvals to keep contracts ready for execution.
• Maintain transparent status reporting for Project Managers and leadership on legal review timelines.
• Develop, maintain, and govern standardized templates and drafted correspondence related to contract administration.
