Job summary

HonorHealth in Scottsdale seeks an Administrator for Planning, Design & Construction - Contracts to oversee centralized contract governance for healthcare capital projects. You will manage contract intake, draft and edit agreements, coordinate with Legal, and ensure compliance through AI-assisted tooling while maintaining human oversight.

The role interfaces with Project Development & Construction, Project Controls, and HonorHealth Legal, driving standardization, timeliness, and risk visibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in CM, engineering, architecture, business, legal studies, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years supporting construction or professional services contracts in capital projects.
• Experience managing contract workflows with legal departments and enterprise systems.
• Healthcare, regulated environments, or large enterprise capital programs preferred.
• Experience using automation or AI-enabled tools in contract administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a structured contract intake process for capital projects and determine delivery methods and risk allocation.
• Draft initial agreements, scopes, and exhibits using templates and AI-assisted drafting tools.
• Coordinate internal PDC and Project Controls review before legal submission.
• Manage end-to-end contract review workflow with HonorHealth Legal using the K Care application.
• Prepare, submit, track, and route contracts and amendments through K Care with compliant workflows.
• Develop, maintain, and govern standardized templates and drafted correspondence for contract administration.
• Provide education and guidance to staff regarding contract structure, notices, timing, and documentation standards.
