Job summary

Ag Workers Mutual Auto Insurance is hiring a PD Claims Adjuster/Resolution Specialist (In-Office Only) in Fort Worth, TX. You will investigate auto claims, assess coverage, liability and damages, and settle claims with moderate supervision.

This is a full-time, in-office role with a strong benefits package. The ideal candidate holds a TX All Lines Adjuster license and has 1–3 years of Property Damage claims experience, excellent customer service and top-notch communication.

• TX All Lines Adjuster license required.
• 1–3 years of Property Damage claims experience.
• Excellent customer service with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and process auto claims with supervision.
• Maintain a clear diary and up-to-date file notes.
• Communicate with claimants, insureds and witnesses; verify coverage.
• Review photos and estimates to document damages.
• Issue payments to policyholders or vendors as needed.
• Complete Total Loss process with minimal supervision.

You will examine investigations, determine, and evaluate coverage, liability, and damages, and settle within the proper reserves.
