Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, ID is seeking a Documentation Specialist to develop, maintain, and standardize technical and operational documentation for our engineering teams supporting PCVD operations. You will translate complex concepts into clear procedures and manage documentation lifecycle to ensure compliance and safety.

Collaborating with Equipment Engineers, Maintenance Technicians, Process Owners, and Safety teams, you will create visual work instructions, PM/CM procedures, and diagrams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or technical writing degree with semiconductor exposure or 1+ year relevant experience.
• Experience creating, revising, and maintaining technical docs and procedures.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Office Suite, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve technical and operational documentation.
• Build and standardize PM/CM procedures with visual instructions.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, structured docs.
• Manage documentation lifecycle and change management processes.
