Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Fab Support Documentation Specialist to develop, maintain, and standardize technical documentation for Fab Support operations. You will collaborate with Equipment Engineers, Maintenance Technicians, Workforce Development, and Safety teams to ensure procedures are accurate and audit-ready.

The role focuses on authoring maintenance procedures, work instructions, PM/CM guides, and visual work instructions using photos, diagrams, and process flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Technical preferred, or similar, with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Associates degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or minimum 3 years in Fab Support showing technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Author, edit, and maintain equipment maintenance procedures, work instructions, and operational documentation.
• Build and standardize Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) procedures.
• Develop troubleshooting guides, decision trees, and recovery procedures.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, structured documentation for technician and engineering audiences, using annotated photos, diagrams, and process flows.
• Lead documentation governance and ensure audit readiness.
