Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Fab Support Documentation Specialist to develop, maintain, and standardize technical documentation for Fab Support operations.

You will translate complex engineering information into clear, structured documents and create visual work instructions for technicians and engineers. You will collaborate with Equipment Engineers, Maintenance Technicians, and Safety teams to ensure documentation aligns with business objectives, governance, and audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Technical preferred, or similar; 1+ year related experience.
• Associate degree plus 3+ years relevant experience, or 3 years in Fab Support showing technical knowledge.
• More than 1 year of document control and version management experience.
• Excellent technical writing and editing skills; ability to interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Author, edit, and maintain equipment maintenance procedures, work instructions, and operational documentation.
• Build and standardize Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) procedures.
• Develop troubleshooting guides, decision trees, and recovery procedures.
• Manage documentation lifecycle, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
