Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Unit Secretary for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Anderson Hospital. Under general supervision, you will provide clerical support to the nursing unit and help maintain an organized, positive culture.

Responsibilities include handling calls, scheduling follow-ups, data entry in EPIC EHR (preferred), and other administrative duties. A high school diploma is required; healthcare clerical experience is preferred.

Formación

• High School Degree or GED required or equivalent.
• Prior healthcare clerical work is preferred but not required.
• Experience with EPIC EHR is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve caller problems and requests promptly.
• Provide customer-focused service by handling internal and external calls professionally.
• Schedule discharge follow-up appointments and assist in recording traumas and codes.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
• Maintain a positive and organized unit culture.
