First Choice Nurses is hiring PCU Telemetry RNs for per diem hospital shifts across Hampton Roads, Virginia. Earn $56.25-$57.25 per hour and choose your own schedule.

Shifts available 7a-7p and 7p-7a. You decide how many shifts to pick.

Requirements include Virginia RN license, 2 years PCU experience in past 4 years, BLS/ACLS, TB test, and vaccination or exemption. Daily/weekly pay options.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license
• Minimum 2 years PCU nursing experience within the past 4 years
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold test within past 12 months

Responsabilités

• Assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions
• Monitoring cardiac rhythms and changes in patient status
• Administering medications, IV therapies, and ordered treatments
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintaining accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Following facility infection-control and patient-safety standards
• Educating patients and families regarding care and discharge plans
• Adapting professionally to different hospital units and environments
