Job summary

Banner Health in Queen Creek, AZ seeks a Progressive Care Telemetry RN to join a 12-bed unit and support ED downgrades. Work 3x12-hour day shifts, 7:00am-7:30pm with weekend rotations and a $10,000 sign-on bonus with a 1-year commitment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required by area.
• Experience in the clinical area is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social and discharge planning.
• Plan and initiate care with the multidisciplinary team and discharge planning.
• Implement care per physician orders and nursing plan of care with supervision when needed.
• Document assessments, interventions and patient responses accurately and timely.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust the plan as needed with team input.
• Support education for patients and families and contribute to quality improvement.
