First Choice Nurses is hiring experienced PCU Registered Nurses for per diem hospital shifts across Hampton Roads, Virginia. You can pick up shifts that fit your life, with 7a-7p or 7p-7a options and daily/weekly pay.

Earn $56.25–$57.25 per hour with competitive per diem pay and the freedom to control your schedule. Embrace local hospital leadership and a supportive staffing team to build the right mix of shifts.

Qualifications

• Virginia RN license required
• Minimum 2 years PCU nursing experience in past 4 years
• Current BLS and ACLS
• Current QuantiFERON-TB Gold test within 12 months
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption

Responsabilités

• Assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions
• Monitoring cardiac rhythms and changes in status
• Administering medications and IV therapies
• Collaborating with physicians and care teams
• Maintaining accurate electronic medical records
• Following infection-control and patient-safety standards
• Educating patients and families about care and discharge plans
• Adapting to different hospital units as needed
