First Choice Nurses is seeking PCU RNs for per diem hospital shifts in Virginia. Earn $56.25–$57.25/hour with flexible 7a-7p and 7p-7a shifts. Pick up shifts that fit your life and enjoy per diem scheduling, daily/weekly pay, and local support.

Qualifications
- Active Virginia RN license.
- Minimum 2 years of PCU nursing experience within past 4 years.
- Current AHA BLS certification.
- Current AHA ACLS certification.
- Recent QuantiFERON-TB Gold test (past 12 months).
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions.
- Monitoring cardiac rhythms and changes in patient status.
- Administering medications and IV therapies.
- Collaborating with physicians and interprofessional teams.
- Maintaining accurate electronic medical records.
- Following infection-control and patient-safety standards.
- Educating patients and families on care and discharge plans.
- Adapting to different hospital units and environments.
