Eligible for a generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, with salary growth through clinical ladder based on performance. Requirements include ADN or BSN preference, RN license in Florida, and BLS certification; additional certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state (ADN required)
• BLS certification required
• ACLS/CCNS/NRP or other preferred certifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological and social domains.
• Create and revise individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
• Administer medications and therapies accurately per physician orders and protocols.
