Job summary

Qualifications
- RN license and active CPR/BLS certification required.
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; bachelor's preferred.
- Experience in acute care hospital setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess physiological, psychological, and social factors of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor for reactions.
- Educate patients and families about conditions and treatments.
- Coordinate with medical staff to optimize care.
- Document care activities and outcomes accurately.
- Evaluate and adjust care plans for better health outcomes.
- Ensure infection control and safety standards.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to care team members.
