• Ensure accurate handoff communications and documentation between caregivers
• Participate in peer interviewing and peer review processes
• Communicate courteously with internal and external customers
• Collaborate with team to manage patient flow and discharge planning
• Provide culturally competent care and uphold organizational dress and professional standards
