Qualifications

• Must use a high level of abstract reasoning to assess patient outcomes and revise care plans.
• Basic computer skills – navigate Microsoft Windows based programs.
• Supervision experience and skills required.
• Maintains current nursing license and knowledge of care requirements for all patients.
• Communicates effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across departments including PACU, inpatient units, Radiology, and anesthesia.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments and orders.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and providers for coordinated care.
• Manage daily schedules and ensure staffing and equipment availability.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and health management.
