Job summary
AdventHealth in Tampa is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for full-time day-shift roles across units including MS Float, PCU Float and Critical Care Float openings. You will follow infection prevention protocols, implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient experiences.
Requirements include Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), RN licensure, BLS, and 2+ years of clinical nursing experience.
Qualifications
- RN licensure and current practitioner in Florida or eligible.
- 2+ years of relevant clinical nurse experience preferred.
- BLS certification required; NRP preferred for some units.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Maintain infection prevention and medication safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and communicate clearly.
- Prioritize tasks, round hourly, and document in EMR.
