Mission Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina, seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator PCU to coordinate patient-centered care and oversee nursing functions within the unit. You will partner with management to monitor care quality and act as a resource for staff, ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

The CNC collaborates with leadership to drive outcomes, provides coaching, and assists with admissions, discharges, and staff scheduling.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of start date.
• 1 year of nursing experience required.
• Associate degree required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Support improved outcomes and service with leadership collaboration.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
