Job summary

Mission Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator PCU to deliver high quality, patient-centered care and coordinate functions in the unit. You will partner with management to monitor nursing care and serve as a resource for staff, supporting an exceptional patient experience.

The role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, assisting with admissions and discharges, and driving outcomes improvements. You will coach staff, provide training, and help schedule staff as needed.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BCLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• RN – Registered Nurse credential is required.
• 1 year of nursing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Support improved outcomes and service through collaboration with leadership.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
