Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides clear, timely communication to the RN about patient observations and changes.
• Maintains constant observation of high-risk patients as assigned.
• Supports safety and de-escalation efforts and uses restraints as trained when needed.
• Assists patients with daily living activities and mobility needs.
• Assists with positioning, lifting, and transporting patients using proper body mechanics.
