Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Community Liaison in Torrance, CA, to advance personal care services and coordinate community education.

The role is full-time and on-site, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, and a salary range of $50k–$55k plus bonus. You will drive brand awareness, cultivate referrals, and build relationships with managed care accounts while promoting AccentCare as the local expert in personal care services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience as a Community Liaison or Account Manager preferred.
• Home Care and Home Health background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand awareness and educate the community within an assigned territory.
• Achieve referral and recruiting objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with managed care accounts and referral sources.
• Collaborate with community leaders to form strong partnerships.
• Support long-term profitable growth of PCS.
• Position AccentCare as the local subject matter expert on Personal Care Services.
• Visit prospective clients and their families who have inquired about our services.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

1+ years’ experience as Community Liaison or Account Manager
