Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Community Liaison for Personal Care Services in California. This full-time, on-site role focuses on driving brand awareness, building referral relationships, and supporting patients and families in the local community.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with potential for bonus opportunities. Requirements include a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and experience in community liaison or account management; home care background is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One+ year experience as a Community Liaison or Account Manager preferred.
• Home Care/Home Health background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand awareness and community education within an assigned territory.
• Achieve referral and recruiting objectives.
• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with managed care accounts and referral sources.
• Collaborate with community leaders to build strong, positive partnerships.
• Support long-term profitable growth of AccentCare.
• Position AccentCare as the local subject matter expert on Personal Care Services.
• Visit prospective clients and their families who have recently inquired about our services.
