Job summary

Western Dental Services, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to greet patients, introduce them to our office, and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience in our Tracy, California clinic.

You will coordinate treatment services, explain recommended options, discuss costs and insurance coverage, help patients understand payment plans, manage a productive daily schedule with dental staff, follow up after visits, maintain accurate records, and uphold health, privacy, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, office staff, and third party stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions.
