The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service in healthcare or dental settings, strong communication, and familiarity with dental software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years in customer service or related role, preferably in healthcare or dental.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail in managing patient records and financial transactions.
