Job summary

Western Dental Services, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Carrollton, TX to greet patients, coordinate treatment services, and provide a welcoming experience.

You will liaise between patients and dental staff, assist with scheduling, and communicate payment options and insurance coverage. Ideal candidates have strong communication, customer service experience, and attention to detail in handling patient records and financial transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of customer service role, sales, receptionist, or equivalent preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, office staff, and third party stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions.
