Job summary

Western Dental Services, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to greet patients warmly, introduce them to our office, coordinate treatment services, and cultivate lasting relationships. The PCC will handle scheduling, patient consultations, and discussions of treatment costs and insurance options.

The role requires exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service, with a talent for sales. Travel may be required for training and to perform job functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of customer service role, sales, receptionist, or equivalent preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, office staff, and third party stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions.
