Job summary

Western Dental Services, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The PCC will greet patients, introduce them to the office, coordinate treatment services, and cultivate lasting relationships.

Exceptional communication, a passion for outstanding customer service, and a talent for sales are essential, with compliance to health, privacy, and safety regulations. Travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer service role, sales, receptionist, or equivalent preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, office staff, and third party stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions.
