Job summary

Sonrava Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The PCC serves as the primary liaison for our patients, greeting them warmly and guiding them through the office setup and treatment coordination.

You will communicate treatment options and costs, explain insurance coverage and payment plans, and build lasting relationships with patients while supporting a welcoming, compliant dental practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in customer service or sales, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon or Dentrix.
• Excellent communication with patients and staff.
• Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and financial transactions.
