Job summary

Western Dental Services, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our San Antonio dental team. The PCC will warmly greet patients, introduce them to the office, coordinate treatments, and build lasting relationships.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer service mindset, and a knack for sales to promote treatments and payment options while ensuring a welcoming patient experience. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer service role, sales, receptionist, or equivalent.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, office staff, and third party stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions.
