Job summary

Sonrava Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Austin dental team. The PCC will serve as the key liaison for patients, ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience by greeting patients, introducing them to the office, coordinating treatment services, and fostering lasting relationships.

The role requires exceptional communication, a passion for customer service, and sales aptitude to help discuss treatments, costs, insurance coverage, and payment options with patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of customer service role, sales, receptionist, or equivalent preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, office staff, and third party stakeholders.
