Eaton Corporation is seeking an Electrical Engineering professional to support PCBA manufacturing test processes and drive continuous improvement across projects at the Arad plant. You will lead test strategy, develop fixtures, and work with global R&D partners to ensure robust testing across fabrication sites.

The role emphasizes Test design engineering experience, metrics-driven optimization, and collaboration with manufacturing teams to deliver reliable test coverage and cost-effective

Qualifications

• BAC+4, BAC+5 in Electrical engineering/Engineering Technology.
• 3+ years working in Test Design Engineering.

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains robust PCBA Manufacturing Test processes and product structures, lean manufacturing aligned.
• Participates in concurrent engineering with R&D centers and critical design reviews.
• Defines and writes manufacturing Test specifications with R&D BUs support for testers and tooling.
• Designs test fixtures (hardware and software) including program development and release to production.
• Assists in capital equipment justifications for manufacturing test capabilities and plant needs.
