Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII is seeking a Full-time BGA Rework Technician in the Charlotte area to rework PCBAs and components. You will review daily schedules with the manufacturing supervisor, perform PCB repairs, and ensure materials and documentation meet work orders.

Opportunity to train new hires on SOPs and best practices. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in BGA rework, and 1.5+ years in a contract manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent training/experience.
• 2+ years of extensive BGA rework experience in a professional environment.
• Minimum 1.5+ years in a contract manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Review daily rework schedule with manufacturing supervisor.
• Perform repairs to PCBs based on the daily schedule.
• Validate materials and required documentation for work orders.
• May train new hires on SOPs and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate hand soldering skills, including jumper wires.
• Maintain accurate documentation and read work orders.
