Job summary

EPC Power Corp. is seeking a PCBA Repair, Soldering & Test Technician to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, rework, and test printed circuit board assemblies and electronic products from schematics and test procedures.

Qualifications

Two or more years of experience in electronics manufacturing, PCBA repair, soldering, rework, or electronic test.
Proficiency in hand soldering and component-level PCBA rework.
Experience with surface-mount and through-hole components.
Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings.
Experience with digital multimeter and diagnostic/test equipment.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
ESD-safe handling and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, rework, and test PCBA and electronic products.
Diagnose component- and circuit-level failures from schematics and test data.
Document failure modes, repairs, test results, and nonconformances.
Maintain ESD controls and follow work instructions, drawings, and safety procedures.
Communicate recurring defects and process concerns to Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams.
